Acceptable Use Policy

NyteBuild builds and operates businesses on your behalf. You may not use it to build or operate a business that:

• is illegal where you operate or where your customers are, or facilitates illegal activity;
• sells regulated goods without the required licences (weapons, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, gambling);
• promotes hate, harassment, or violence, or sexualises minors in any form;
• is designed to deceive — scams, fake reviews, impersonation, phishing, pyramid schemes, or misinformation;
• infringes others' intellectual property, trademarks, or publicity rights;
• sends unsolicited bulk communications, or harvests personal data without consent;
• attempts to abuse the platform itself — probing our systems, exceeding rate limits deliberately, using free onboarding as a general-purpose AI service, or reselling platform output as a competing service.

We review flagged content and activity. Violations may result in the company or account being paused or terminated. If you believe a site built on NyteBuild violates this policy, email support@nytebuild.com.
