Your email address (for sign-in links and reports), the business ideas and instructions you submit, the content our agents generate for your companies, usage and billing records, and basic technical data (IP address for abuse prevention, aggregate visit counts on generated sites). Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see them.
To run your companies' agents, send you sign-in links and morning reports, bill your subscription, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Your submitted ideas and generated content are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to perform the work; we do not use your content to train models, and per our agreement with Anthropic, API data is not used to train theirs.
Only the processors that operate the service: Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Resend (email). We do not sell personal data. Aggregate, non-personal activity (e.g. company names and agent activity lines) may appear on our public live dashboard; private chat with your CEO never does.
We keep your data while your account is active. You may export your generated content, correct your details, or ask us to delete your account and data by emailing support@nytebuild.com — we comply within 30 days, subject to records we must keep for tax and accounting. We comply with Singapore's PDPA; if you are in the EEA/UK, we honour equivalent GDPR rights.
