NyteBuild ("we", "us") is operated by AUREUS AUTOMATION PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore. NyteBuild provides AI agents that generate business materials on your behalf — including research documents, marketing copy, and websites — and perform scheduled autonomous work ("night shifts") for companies you create on the platform.
Output is generated by artificial intelligence. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes, and does not constitute business, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before relying on it or publishing it. We do not guarantee any business outcome, revenue, or result.
You retain ownership of the ideas you submit and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the content the platform generates for your companies. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service — including hosting your generated websites and displaying non-sensitive activity metrics on our public pages. The platform itself, including its software and agents, remains ours.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe ($39/month per company unless stated otherwise) and include a monthly credit allowance that meters agent work. Credits have no cash value, do not roll over beyond reasonable platform allowances, and are consumed as agents act. When credits are exhausted, agents pause — we never bill for overage without your explicit purchase. You may cancel anytime via the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and pauses night shifts at the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of a charge — email support@nytebuild.com.
By default, outward-facing actions (publishing posts, sending campaigns, spending money) require your approval. If you relax these gates, you accept responsibility for the actions agents take within the limits you configured.
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate companies or accounts that violate it, with refunds at our discretion.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business.
We may update these terms with notice via email or the dashboard; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may export your generated content and close your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
